- Our mineral sun butter is made using non-nano zinc oxide, which sits on the skin, providing a protective barrier, blocking and reflecting UVA & UVB rays, preventing them from reaching the skin’s surface.
- Chemical sunscreen gets absorbed into your skin then absorbs UV rays and converts them to heat, which is then released by the skin.
This mineral sun butter is made using natural and organic ingredients. It contains beeswax which can make it waterproof, and naturally sun protecting coconut oil, avocado oil, shea butter, carrot seed oil, and vitamin E. Non-nano zinc oxide is added for therapeutic broad spectrum protection against the sun’s UVA & UVB rays giving this SPF 30+. So you can safely protect your skin without using harsh chemicals!
Each ingredient added not only contributes to its sun protection, but will moisturize and aid in skin recovery, making it great for burns, rashes, inflammation, and redness as well.
